Indian importer RCF has opened prices under its 28 April tender to buy 50,000t of 20-20-0+13S.

The tender requested two 25,000t lots of 20-20-0+13S to be shipped to Krishnapatnam port within 35 days of the award date.

RCF received four offers, all from trading firms.

Hong Kong-based Quantum submitted the lowest offer at $267.25 cfr for one lot of 25,000t, which attracts import duties of 5pc.

It was followed by Dubai-based Transglobe's offer at $269/t for two 25,000t lots of Indonesian product, which is duty free into India.

The other two trading firms were disqualified.

RCF last purchased 50,000t of 20-20-0+13S and 10-26-26 from trading firm Transglobe in early April, supplied by producer Phosagro at $260/t cfr with 90 days of credit.
